Is this a membership or subscription service?
This is NOT a membership or subscription service. You make a one-time payment now for our current 4,000+ slides plus future updates free of charge. There are no monthly or annually membership fees.
How do I get my templates after I purchase?
Once you purchase one of our FULL ACCESS products, you will be able to access your templates in three ways:
1. After your payment is processed, an Order Confirmation page will appear with five (5) links to download the icon files and template files by presentation software.
2. You will also receive an automated confirmation email that contains the same five (5) links to download the files. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam first and if you still do not find the confirmation email, please go to the next option (3) below.
3. Login into your account and click the download button. The same five (5) links to download the files will appear. Click here to login into your account. (Here should be a hyperlink to https://slidegarage.com/my-account/.)
How will I receive new updates or find new templates?
You will receive an email notification when a new update is available. You will also be able to access updates and new templates by clicking on the NEW tab after logging in.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit cards and Net Banking.
What are the graphics compatible with?
Our slide templates and infographics are compatible with PowerPoint, Google Slides and Keynote.
Can just anyone really create powerful slides with SlideGarage templates?
Yes! Our slides are very easy to edit and customize, helping you create on-brand, high impact visuals for any type of business presentation.
Are the charts in SlideGarage templates linked to Excel?
Yes, many of our charts are linked to Excel spreadsheets for your convenience. Simply click on the chart, and choose edit data. You will then be able to input your data in an Excel pop up window. The charts will update automatically, saving you time, effort, and needless worry!
How can I download the product I just purchased?
Once you purchase FULL ACCESS, you will receive an email with download links, and you can also log in with the same email to download the same.
How can I get a copy of my invoice to submit for my expense report?
Please contact us via email and we can email you a copy of your invoice and a link where you can view it online.
